How New Zealand Girl Became Mahesh's Fan!!

New Zealand beauty Latha Hegde, who contested in Miss India Newzealand contest is upbeat about her film debut. She is making her entry into films with Nara Rohit's "Tuntari", which has Kumar Nagendra directing it.

"Actually I've never watched any Telugu film in my life as in Auckland (New Zealand city) multiplexes none of these films release. Only after coming here, I've watched my first Telugu film and that happens to be Aagadu. Since then I've become fan of hero Mahesh Babu", says Latha Hegde, a Kannada NRI who struggled to get Telugu right for the film.

"I've gone through rigorous training in the language to get my scenes right. This is my first stint as an actress, so I've to see how my career shapes up" she says. Latha Hegde was seen on a Facebook profile by director Kumar Nagendra and picked up for the film after three months.
