Kona Venkat's Brand Receives A Shock

Probably this is the biggest shock Kona Venkat got ever in his career. After making some tall claims about his writings, blasting Sreenu Vaitla for not taking the scenes written by him for Bruce Lee, this writer-producer has given a colouring that his 'brand' is mighty. Also he has carefully distanced from flop show of Akhil, citing that he wrote only dialogues not story. But "Shankarabaranam" has given the biggest jolt ever.
Despite taking the remake rights of a hit film like "Phas Gayare Obama", Kona failed miserably to pull the content. Other than those sarcastic comedy liners, there is nothing Kona has infused into script in terms of screenplay and story. His failure as a creator is clearly evident with the movie's pale content. Also audiences won't feel happy with the comedy always. There should be some story also. If the film fails to collect big figures after these negative reviews that emerged, surely "Brand Kona" has to slip under a wet cloth.
