Saif Ali Khan has been stabbed by an intruder at his home. Reports suggest that he reacted to save his family and took the knife stabs by fighting with the intruder. At Lilavati hospital, the actor is currently nursing his wounds after a surgery. But several reports point towards conspiracy as well. 

The root cause of these conspiracy theories is that Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor posted an Instagram story that Karishma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and few others are partying at Saif's residence in Bandra late night. She posted her story at 4:00 AM, but Saif got rushed to hospital around 3:00 AM. 

The doctors and police have stated that around 2:00 AM, intruder attacked the family with knife in a robbery attempt. The burglar said to have got frightened looking at Saif running down while some staff members tried to stop him. To protect his family he stood ahead of them and fought with the intruder. 

His son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, reacted immediately and saved his father from collapsing due to the wounds it seems. He and staff members made enough noise for the burglar to run away. Now, conspiracy theorists state that either in-fight has resulted in Saif's wounds or someone among the family members planned this attack. Some even state that Lawrence Bishnoi gang is behind this attack who planned revenge for Blackbuck hunting incident. 

It is hard to believe that Kareena Kapoor and Karishma Kapoor would go to that extent to kill him. Some even state that due to some financial stress, Saif himself would have planned such an attack. Except for Sonam Kapoor's story no other evidence can be found for these claims. Let's see what Saif has to say after recovery.
