Anushka Shetty spoke to Rana Daggubati, who has become her best friend during Baahubali shoot, for Ghaati promotions on call. The recording has been released by the makers as Anushka rejected to physically appear at promotional events. On the call, she talked about how she is happy to be a part of an emotional action drama like Ghaati in the direction of Krish.

She continued to talk about how Sheelavathi is another iconic character for her and how she enjoyed working with Krish post Vedam. She stated that the sensiblities of Krish have amazed her. Anushka also stated that she is looking forward to work with him more.

During their conversation, Rana asked her about her absence from films, lately, and becoming choosy. She stated that she is working towards being part of more films, which will happen from this year end. When she slipped that there is a wedding in her house, Rana teased her if she is getting married.

She replied that she doesn't have any plans of marriage but she is more hopeful to work in many more films. She stated that she is working with that goal in mind and she will be in everyone's face once she is ready. Well, Ghaati is releasing on 5th September.
