With the massive success of recent Telugu films, all the films that have been delayed for years because to Corona are now being released one by one.

Some big-budget films are locking down release dates by announcing them around festivals and long weekends. Movies for Sankranthi 2023 are also being announced.

Ram Charan, who has recently impressed everyone with RRR and Acharya films, is currently working on a film with Shankar. It has previously been announced that the film, produced by Dil Raju, will be released by Sankranthi 2023.

However, it appears that Charan has lately withdrawn from the 2023 Sankranthi race. Dil Raju is also working on a film with Tamil superstar Vijay. Rashmika plays the heroine in the film, which is directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Tentatively titled as Thalapathy 66.  Sarath Kumar, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, and many other veteran actors star in the key roles.

According to sources, that Thalapathy 66 will be released on Sankranthi 2023. The filming is currently going at brisk pace in Hyderabad. Dil Raju took Ram Charan out of the Sankranthi race since filming took longer than expected. Dil Raju's choice has disappointed Ram Charan fans.
