New Washing Powder Joke

Too boost sales of a new washing powder in one Arab State, some eye catching posters were displayed throughout the country.

They showed on the left a dirty blackened garment; in the centre its immersion in a mountain of washing powder and on the right its emergence clean and white.

Within days, sales had dropped almost to nothing.

The alarmed sales staff realized why? Arabs read from Right to Left.
