After the success of the Master film, Lokesh Kanagaraj is now directing Vikram. Kamal Hassan, Vijay Sethupathi, Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, Shivani, and Myna Nandini star in the film. Kamal's Rajkamal Films is in charge of the production.

The soundtrack for the film Vikram was composed by Anirudh. Gireesh Gangadharan is the cinematographer. The action-packed picture will be released in theatres on June 3. The film's Tamilnadu distribution rights have been obtained by Udayanithi Stalin's Red Giant Movies.

The work of promoting Vikram is in full gear as the film's release date gets closer. A video of a Vikram movie poster on a railway engine recently went viral.  It was also rumored that the film's music launch will take place in Dubai.

Meanwhile, the release date of Vikram's trailer has been set. As a result, the film's trailer will be revealed on May 18 during the Cannes Film Festival in France. This is the first time a trailer for a Tamil film has been shown at the Cannes Film Festival, which brings celebrities from all around the world together.
