Updated : Aug 8, 2025

Telugu Film Chamber have announced their firm decision to not enter into discussions or any sort of negotiations with Film Workers and employees Federation. They are hurt by the federation's decision to unilaterally announce strike. Seems like producers are firm on their decision to not yield to workers' demands.

In the official press release, they wrote, "All members of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce are hereby advised not to engage in any discussions or negotiations with any individual Unions of the Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation that have called for a unilateral strike, until further notice.

Studios, Outdoor Units, and Infrastructure Unit members are strictly instructed not to provide any services without prior intimation and explicit approval from the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. Producers and Studio Sector members are requested to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and strict compliance."

This seems like a huge move against Federation and unions with Chamber looking to strictly impose their decision. Let's see how things will be resolved in coming days as many medium budget films will be largely effected by these moves.
