Major, a multilingual war drama starring Adivi Sesh, is set to hit big screens on June 3, 2022. The release date for this war drama was scheduled on May 27. However, in order to avoid a clash with Venkatesh and Varun Tej's F3, the film has been delayed by one week. The release date was confirmed today by the makers.

Major, is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was martyred in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The movie has been directed by Sashi Kiran and features Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, and Revati in important roles.
