Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Kalki 2898 AD is on a record-breaking spree much before this Nag Ashwin directorial venture arrived in cinemas nearly 3 weeks ago. The movie is still making moolah at the box office.

Kalki 2898 AD has now created an all-time record on the ticketing portal BookMyShow sales. Kalki has now the highest number of tickets sold on the portal with 12.15 Million+. Jawaan was the previous best with 12.01 M ticket sales. The sci-fi actioner Kalki has beaten the record in just 20 days.

The movie raked in good numbers on Tuesday, since it’s a government holiday. It is expected to pick up during the fourth weekend, whereas the movie is very steady during the weekdays as well.

This production venture of Vyjayanthi Movies doesn’t seem to slow down and the trade pundits predict the movie with repeat value will have a long run. Kalki is set to break some other records in the coming days.
