Acharya, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mega Power Star Ram Charan, has recently been in the news for all of its box office losses. The film's troubles do not appear to be going away anytime soon. Many buyers and distributors, however, have lost money as a result of this film.

However, after it was revealed that Koratala Siva knowingly helped some of the distributors, all of the distributors came to Koratala's office and talked to Niranjan Reddy on one side and Megastar Chiranjeevi on the other, and Koratala was able to settle the situation to some extent. In this scenario, Acharya still owes some money. However, it was believed that they could take them and reach an agreement.

Satellite rights are now due as well. Gemini TV has acquired the satellite rights to Acharya's film. However, it was widely reported at the time that they had purchased these rights prior to the film's release for 15 crore rupees.

If this is the case, it is reported that the film was stalled by a small advance that was not paid in full. However, if that money comes, the producers felt that they should compensate the distributors and side with them. According to reports, Gemini TV is taking a step back to give the remaining 15 crore rupees.

Koratala Siva and company stated that Kajal Aggarwal was involved in the film when selling it to Gemini TV. If this is the case, Koratala has broken the agreement by removing Kajal Aggarwal's entire character. As a result of this, Gemini Tv intends to reduce the deal to half of the initial price. Gemini TV is willing to pay 7.5 crores for the movie.
