Home  »  News  »  Biker to clash with Akhanda 2: Who is going to win?

Updated : Nov 1, 2025

Sharwanand has been working hard for his next film, based on Dirt Bike races and the movie is titled as Biker. The actor has undergone huge physical transformation to look and play the part. The movie teaser has been released today and it looks good. The movie is introducing first-of-its-kind visuals to Telugu Screens.

Interestingly, makers of the film have decided to clash with Nandamuri Balakrishna's Akhanda 2. With Boyapati Srinu at the helm and looking at NBK's current hit streak, it seems suicidal to go against such a gigantic film. But the makers have confidently locked 6th December release date for their film.

Abhilash Reddy Kankara is directing Biker while UV Creations are producing it. Akhanda 2 is a sequel to established IP like Akhanda and it also involves Boyapati Srinu joining hands with NBK after a 4-year gap. So, the mass circuits would be alive and looking forward to Akhanda 2 in a big way.

On the other hand, Biker looks like more youth oriented film and highly urban related content. While it would be tough to predict this early, but looking at the markets they are catering, both films could surprise by reaching to their targeted audiences. Let's wait and see.
