Some unconfirmed reports stated that Baahubali producers haven't received any single penny as profit from these collections. It's heard that many distributors have shown empty hands by tricking Baahubali makers to believe that there are no profits as claimed by everyone. While trade analysts predicted nearly 200 crores profits, original producers have gained nothing such.

On other hand, many are dismissing this news as publicity stunt to mislead IT officials. Otherwise, when the film scored such a massive hit, how would they not receive profits, ask critics.
