Finally Akhil Akkineni is getting ready to hit theatres and this time he's going to sizzle on silver screen as a main lead. He's coming up as "Akhil" under VV Vinayak's direction and the film is hitting cinemas on November 11th.

After examining the film, today the Censor Board has awarded an U/A certificate for the movie. Final run time of the film is nearly 2 hours 10 minutes. HIs debut show got a positive response from Censor officials for its slick run time but there said to be some slow moments too. While songs are quite engaging due to Akhil's dances, Sayesha Saigal hasn't impressed as publicised.

Directed by Vinayak, "Akhil" is produced by hero Nitin and he's trying hard to promote the flick well.
