Akhil Akkineni's debut flick "Akhil" was pronounced to be a big hit, despite critics giving left and right to the flick, as hero Nitin claimed that the film collected 10 crores roughly on 'first day'. That's a record of sorts for any debut hero.

But all that josh wasn't seen on Second Day and even by the end of Third day, the makers haven't released the figures of the film collected on 2nd day. According to trade circles, there are huge drops on 2nd day and the case is much worst on 3rd day, as everyone have come to know that the film is indeed very poor in terms of content.

All in all, "Akhil" has to collect more than 56 crores to save its distributors and with the downward trend attached with the collections, it's seemingly impossible.
