Anticipation is massive for Akhanda 2, the sequel to the blockbuster starring the Nandamuri Balakrishna. Returning as the awe-inspiring Aghora, NBK reunites with director Boyapati Srinu for an even larger-scale action film. The movie is being pushed Pan-India looking at the response received for Akhanda. 


Fans of NBK have been eagerly waiting for the film to start promotions on a full-fledged scale. While the team have released two glimpses introducing two distinct characters of the leading man, they are waiting songs and teasers to be released. 


To kick off the global campaign, the first single, Thandavaam, will be launched in a grand event at PVR Juhu, Mumbai, on November 14th. The powerful track is sung by veterans Shankar Mahadevan and Kailash Kher. Composer Thaman expressed his delight, promising that the high-energy song is eternal, blessed by Lord Shiva, and will give audiences unlimited goosebumps.


The film, which also features Samyuktha as the leading lady and Aadhi Pinisetty in a prominent role, is being produced by 14 Reels Plus and presented by M Tejaswini Nandamuri. Akhanda 2 is scheduled for a worldwide release in multiple languages on December 5th, in theatres.
