Famous dialogue writer Ganesh Patro has reportedly passed away duringearly hours on Monday because of cancer in Chennai. Ganesh Patro hadhis moment of fame with K.Balachander’s movies.

Patro, born on 22 June 1945 in Parvathipuram, Andhra Pradesh is aplaywright and screen writer of Telugu cinema and some of his filmsinclude Rudra Veena, Idi Kathakaadu, Maro Charitra,  Mayuri, Seetaramayyagari Manavaralu.  His last film was the biggestmulti-starrer in Tollywood,'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu in the year 2013.
