Vishwak Sen apologizes for vulgarity in Laila

Vishwak Sen has become Mass Ka Das of Telugu Cinema after the success of his film, Falaknuma Das. The actor kept impressing erveryone with his choice of scripts. He looked to experiment and bring something new to the table with everyone of his movies. Hence, when his Laila resorted to vulgarity, he faced heavy criticism. 


Normally, the actor gets defensive about the criticism and seen explaining his intentions and how they are not wrong. But, the actor has decided to own up the mistake and apologised to his believers, supporters and fans on social media. He stated in an open statement that he welcomes the constructive criticism. 


Vishwak Sen also acknowledged Laila and Mechanic Rocky failures and wrote, "I acknowledge that my recent films haven't met expectations. My last film received constructive criticism, which I wholeheartedly accept. To my well-wishers and those who believe in me, I sincerely apologize. My intention has always been to bring something fresh to the audience, and I deeply respect the feedback I've received."


He then specifically talked about the vulgarity in Laila, he wrote, "Moving forward, I promise that whether my films are class or mass, they will never cross the line into vulgarity. If I make a bad film, you have every right to criticize me because it was you who stood by me with unconditional love when I had no one. Since the beginning of my career, I have chosen stories that connected with and I will continue to do so."

 


Later, he promised to everyone that he won't let them down. "But from now on, you, it won't just be about making good films-every single scene of mine will count. I also want to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to allthe producers and distributors who have placed their trust in me and supported my journey," wrote the actor. 


He concluded by thanking every technician who worked with him till date and stated, "A special thanks to my backbone the directors and writers who have shaped me into the actor I am today. Thank you all for your constructive criticism. I will be back soon with a strong and promising project. Until then, I truly appreciate your unwavering support through my highs and lows. It means the world to me." 


Well, this letter showcases how maturedly he is ready to handle the situation. A welcome change from a young actor like him in a day and age, when blaming others or PR mechanisms for failures has become the norm. Let's wish him a big comeback at the box office.
