The writer-director has delivered many hit films like Sammohanam, Nani's Gentleman, Ashta Chemma and many more. Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad and director Indraganti have formed a hit combination and now, the trio has come up with Sarangapani Jathakam, released on 25th April 2025. Let's discuss about the movie in detail.

Plot:
Sarangapani (Priyadarshi) son of Pinkapani works as a salesman in Hyundai showroom. He falls in love with his supervisor Maithili (Roopa Kodavayur) and she accepts his proposal. After their engagement, Sarangapani meets Jitheswar (Srinivas Avasarala), a chirognomist, and he gets to know that due to his horoscope, he will conduct a murder.

He wants to get rid of this issue before he marries without getting into trouble. He asks his friend Chandu (Vennela Kishore) to help him. Is he able to murder someone due to this issue? Can he really kill someone? If he tries, will he be able to escape from it? Watch the movie to know more.

Analysis:
Priyadarshi has a great ability to adapt to different filmmakers and he fits the world of Indraganti Mohana Krishna as well. His performance holds key to the entire film and we can connect to his character. As an innocent person and the man who does anything for love, he is highly believable. His comic timing is also great in many sequences.

Roopa Koduvayur, Tanikella Bharani, Srinivas Avasarala, Vennela Kishore deliver their best. Their comic sequences are great and make the movie highly enjoyable. Harsha Chemudu is another value addition to the ensemble cast. Naresh and others are also good within the scope they are given in the script.

Indraganti Mohana Krishna is known for writing tight sequences and for his knowledge in Telugu. His style of simplistic writing with great wit works like a magic in the film. He gets the characters right and the screenplay is perfect. The comic sequences deliver big time and engage us throughout.

The witty one-liners keep us engaged throughout with a quite smile. Few sequences in the second hour are laugh-out-loud and from start to finish, the director keeps takes us on a fun ride. While they are few places with slight lag, he overcomes them with his unique style of wit. Overall, the movie is a good watch for audiences.

Bottomline:
Indraganti Mohana Krishna writes a blockbuster "Jathakam" to Sarangapani.
