Rana Daggubati receives summons from Hyderabad City Civil Court

Daggubati Rana's climb of the court steps has recently led to discussions. He was reportedly present at the Hyderabad City Civil Court hearing on Tuesday. Daggubati brothers Suresh Babu and Venkatesh acquired a 2,200 square yard plot of land in Filmnagar from former actress Madhavi Latha. They leased the property to a businessman in 2014. The lease deal was renewed in 2016 and 2018 following the first arrangement in 2014.
Suresh Babu registered 1000 yards of the 2200 square yard land in the name of his eldest son Rana while the lease agreement was still in effect. As soon as the registration was completed, the businessman was forced to vacate the premises. He filed a lawsuit in city civil court, claiming that he was forced to leave his property while the lease agreement was still in effect, resulting in financial loss.
In this case, Rana received court summons and appeared in court. The judge ordered further inquiry and rescheduled the case for July 14th. Rana is appearing in several films this year, including Bheemla Nayak and Virata Parvam, as well as a web series.
