Raghava Lawrence the director, actor and choreographer is currently working on interesting projects. One of them is Rudrudu and the film will be releasing this Summer. He has a lot of craze in Telugu and Tamil states for his dance, comedy timing and action.

Especially the Muni series like Kanchana and Kanchana 2 made him more close to the audience. Even though the film's had routine horror story, it rained in B and C centers. It brought eye-popping profits to the buyers.

With that, there was a huge demand for Lawrence's movies in Telugu. And now Rudrudu which is also in the horror genre gaining immense interest among movie lovers and buyers.

Directed by Kathirasan, this movie will release on April 14. It is known that a huge price has been paid for the Telugu theatrical rights of this movie. According to rumours, the rights of this film has been sold for whopping 6.5 crores.

But for this movie to be successful, it has to collect around 12 crore gross. It is not that easy. There are big films like Shakunthalam and Bicchagadu-2 in competition. There is a huge buzz here about these two films as well.

It remains to be seen whether Lawrence can withstand the competition with these two films. Actually, this movie was supposed to release in December last year. Due to shoot delays, it got postponed.
