'Acharya,' a multistarrer helmed by successful filmmaker Koratala Siva, stars Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mega Power Star Ram Charan. The film was released on April 29 amid huge anticipation as it was a father-son combo. However, since the first screening of Acharya, there has been a lot of negative talk about the film. It had a significant influence on box office.

 

In the face of declining collections, the makers planned to release Acharya early in OTT. The much awaited Mega Spectacle coming to OTT in just twenty days. Megastar Acharya will be available for streaming in Amazon Prime Video from May 20. The disastrous box office run resulted early release in OTT.

 

Amazon Prime Video compensated the producers with 18 crores to release two weeks early. This is known as the 'early window process.' Radhe Shyam is a film that was released in early window process. The film was released on Amazon Prime Video two weeks ahead of schedule. Amazon paid an extra Rs 25 crore to the producers.
