Balagam’ Starring Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram play the lead roles in the film. The movie is written and directed by Venu Yeldandi, also known as “Jabardasth Venu.” This is his directorial debut. The film is produced by Dil Raju Productions. 

 

The film released yesterday and got positive talk from everyone. Celebrities also raved about the performances. Today ace producer Dilraju talked about the success of the film with media.

 

He shared a lot about Balagam film. He said "People have different opinions on small films. Many people advised me to make this film for OTT because the audience would not come to theatres. I thought we were making a good film, and I believed in Balagam, and I stood by my promise to release it in theatres."

 

He added "After all expenses, I had only 80 lakhs in hand when I produced Dil. But that made me proud. So, even before its release, Balagam had recovered everything, & it was never my intention to make films for profit. Always my calculation is to connect with audience."

 

"Balagam would have been fantastic for festival seasons. Then everyone will say, see, Dilraju is providing theatres for Small films during the festival season. There will be trolling and lot of questions. So I decided to release it as soon as it was finished."

 

Talking about upcoming projects Dilraju productions, he said "Another project is in the works at Dilraju Productions. New director Shashi will be introduced, and happening dance master Yash will play the hero. The film's music will be composed by a singer. We intend to do so in this manner. bring in new talent to the industry."
