Megastar Chiranjeevi recently scored huge hit with "Waltair Veerayya". Directed by Bobby, this movie was a straight movie after a remake like Godfather from Chiru and became a huge box office hit.

 

But even in this time fans are not expecting any remake from a star like Chiru. They also think that another reason is that even if the remake is a hit, it is not receiving full revenue.

 

It is known that the star is currently working on a remake of Tamil film Vedalam. The film titled Bhola Shankar directed by Meher Ramesh. Currently the star is on a signing spree for projects with young directors. Buzz is that he gave a green signal for a project with Kalyan Krishna of Soggade Chinni Nayana fame.

 

The director is currently is on a break after the average performance of Bangarraju. Megastar’s daughter Sushmitha Konidela is said to be the producer of the film. It is also being said that the story of the movie also needs a young lead pair and latest sensation DJ Tillu fame Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Sree Leela are in consideration.

 

A senior actress is in talks to act opposite Chiranjeevi. Now, another set of reports have at it that the film is an official remake of Malayalam film Bro Daddy. Bro Daddy is Prithviraj Sukumaran’s directorial, in which he also acted in a lead role along with Mohanlal.

 

This film is mainly based on Father – Son bonding and it is a fun entertainer. The news is going viral on social media. It is known from the close sources that this film tentatively titled Mega 156 is not a remake of Bro Daddy. This is a happy news for all mega fans.
