Karthik Aaryan's latest film Shehzada failed to do as expected at the box office. On the first day, the film collected only 6 crores. 

 

Notably, Shehzada is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapuramloo. On the second day also, the film collected the same amount. The film collected just Rs 6.65 crore on the second day.

 

The two-day total reached Rs 12.65 crore. Although there was some collection at the box office this weekend, the fans were disappointed. Makers even announced 1+1 offer on tickets but it looks like no one was interested to see.

 

Naga Vamsi and Allu Aravind are also invested hugely in the project. It looks like the Hindi entry for Telugu producers is always going to end up with a dud.

 

 

Kriti Sanon plays the female lead opposite Karthik Aryan. Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sachin Khedekar, Ronit Roy played key roles. Directed by Rohit Dhawan, this family entertainer is produced under the banner of T Series Films, Allu Entertainment, Brat Films and Harika and Hasini Creations.
