Analysis :
Vijayendra Prasad's story resembles some old films like Kamal Hasan's Vijethalu. Also a striking similarity in the storyline can be compared with Matt Damon's Bourne Identity. This film took long time to complete. Some inconsistencies and loop holes in the film can be attributed to this time gap. Swarna Subbarao managed to get some excellent shots. Though the timing of the songs could have been better, the picturization of the songs is superb. Ankitha and Laya played the wives of Balakrishna in this film. Ankitha played a village belle Venkat Lakshmi, as the grand daugther of Sakkinetipalli Raja. She filled the film with jive uttering dialogues in Godavari accent. Her dances are also a worth mention. Laya did her role content enough. Brahmanandam duely justified the comedy responsibility that he took upon. Asish Vidhyardhi and Mukesh Rushi did their roles well.
TeluguOne Perspective :
The score in the background is OK but could have been better. The songs are better viewed. Music wise Koti gave out just average music. The effect is different on the screen. Due credit goes to the director for that. Also Thanks to the expensive and artistic sets for the songs. First half of the film is OK. Second half is good for the first 45 minutes. But the last 30 minutes is a letdown. The plus points of the film are Bala Krishna, Ankita, songs and few dialogues. The negative points of the film are illogical scenes, graphics, fights and climax. You can watch this film for the performances of Bala Krishna and Ankita and songs. On the box office front, this film has great potential for B and C centers compared to A centers. Overall, this is a film that is a treat to watch Balakrishna. Except for some slag in the second half and weak climax, the film has got more than average of everything and good performances from Balakrishna, Laya and Ankitha.
