Veerraju (Ajay) and Dhanalakshmi (Ramya Nambishan) are childhood friends living in a village called Narsipatnam.. Selling toddy is their livelihood. Meanwhile Veerraju befriends with three persons and they manage to gain the confidence of the vilalgers to join in a scheme. The villagers innocently invest their money in the scheme. After sometime, they close the schieme abruptly and move from the place.Unable to bear the shock many villagers commit suicide. Dhanalakshmi finds their whereabouts with the help of police. But the persons manage to bribe the police and rape her. She commits suicide. Veerraju, burning with vengeance, comes to know the cheaters are in Dubai. He meets Preeti (Madhulika) on his way to Dubai. He falls in love with her. Does the love materialize into wedlock and how he manages to take vengeance on his dubious friends forms the rest of the story.
