Shruti Haasan, dotting daughter of Kamal Haasan had faced tough times in her initial stages of career. She scored continuous seven flops in various languages, until attained her first hit with Gabbar Singh where she romanced Power Star Pawan Kalyan.

Post that, Shruti Haasan starred in few super hit Telugu movies such as Balupu, Yevadu, Race Gurram, Srimanthudu and Premam. While Katamarayudu was last Telugu film for Shruti Haasan, Hindi movie Behen Hogi Tere was the last assignment overall for the actress.

Although Shruti Haasan signed to play a crucial role in her dad Kamal Haasan’s directorial film Sabaash Naidu, the film got delayed for long time owing to some reasons. In fact, no one knows when this film will resume.

Interestingly, Shruti Haasan who once was prime choice for many stars in Telugu has zero offers in any language. Right now, she is sitting empty due to lack of movie assignments.
