Varma Says Both Films Are Not Same

on May 5, 2016

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has shifted his base to Mumbai recently after a three year hiatus from Bollywood in the period where he tortured Telugu audiences with his scrappy films. And now, Ramu is releasing "Killing Veerappan" there, but saying that Hindi "Veerappan" is a different film.

Made in Telugu and Kannada, "Killing Veerappan" dealt with the story of a police officer who pulled the trigger of the bullet that hit Veerappan finally. However, Ramu has chopped the part of police officer, played by Sivarajkumar and replaced him with Sachin Joshi in Hindi and releasing it as "Veerappan". While some portions are re-shot, others said to be from the Telugu version only. However, Ramu has other day claimed that both are different films.

That sounds completely amusing, because we fail to understand when did RGV has shot for Hindi version of the film.
