BRS leader and former Telangana minister Harish Rao felicitated actor Priyadarshi for his performance as MLA Shankar in Nani’s The Paradise. The character is inspired by former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, with Priyadarshi drawing attention for his mannerisms, dialect and screen presence.

Sharing a video from the felicitation ceremony on X, Harish Rao praised Priyadarshi’s journey and his portrayal in the Srikanth Odela directorial.

Priyadarshi’s portrayal of MLA Shankar has emerged as one of the notable aspects of The Paradise, with the actor receiving appreciation for bringing the character’s Telangana identity and mannerisms to the screen. Nani's The Paradise has been watched in theatres by KTR and BRS party workers in a special screening. 

Even they also appreciated Priyadarshi for representing their leader in such a powerful role. The Paradise is collecting huge in Nizam and it is nearing breakeven mark while in all other areas, movie has crashed following first weekend and it could end up being loss venture.
