Mouli impressed audiences with his Little Hearts and delivered a laughter riot. The film did smash some old school established templates and hence, many anticipated him to continue in that fashion. But his upcoming film, Donga Naa Koduku, seems to be following old patterns than offering something fresh.

The movie teaser received criticism for sticking to template jokes at places and even portraying middle-class people with some cringe elements. Now, the first single, Oh My God, has been unveiled and the song is about Mouli following the actress, teasing her and then, asking her to fall for him.

The tune from Srinjith Yerramalli, who scored for Little Hearts, seem to again follow those templates religiously and tune feels like a rehash than a fresh one. The novelty factor in Little Hearts seem to be missing in Donga Naa Koduku. The movie is releasing on 13th November but till date, the material seem to follow templates.

Directed by Sreenu Kambala and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Donga Naa Koduku trailer and next promotional material, needs to have a solid turnaround to increase expectations for audiences. Sushmita Shetty is playing the leading lady in this heist comedy with Ali, Ranjitha, Raghu Babu in prominent roles.
