Virata Parvam is my last experimental cinema, says Rana

Virata Parvam, Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi's upcoming film, had its pre-release event yesterday at Shilpakala Vedika. Venkatesh and Ram Charan were the event's main guests, and while Ram Charan was unable to attend due to a flight delay, Venkatesh was present in full force. In his speech, Rana apologised on behalf of Ram Charan to all of his fans for the actor's absence from the event.

Talking about the film, Rana expressed gratitude to director Venu Udugula for giving him with a script like Virata Parvam, of which he is incredibly proud to be a part. He said that Sai Pallavi's Vennela is the film's beauty and that Virata Parvam would not be the same without Sai Pallavi playing the role of Vennela. Rana also stated that the film features strong female characters and that he is honoured to be a part of it.

Finally, he conveyed his intentions to the fans: 'I always assumed I didn't have any fans, so I didn't think about them; I simply thought about delivering the audience a good film.' Many fans asked me not to star in these experimental films while I was working on Virata Parvam. I promise everyone that this is my final experimental film; from now on, I will only make commercial films for the fans.

This unexpected announcement stunned the industry, and fans are relieved that Rana has finally recognised his potential and is seeking success in commercial cinema. We'll have to wait and see.
