Nani’s The Paradise has set a new box office benchmark for the actor by crossing the hundred crore mark in just two days. The film has registered a worldwide gross of Rs.114 crores+ within 48 hours of its theatrical release, emerging as the fastest Rs.100 crore grosser of Nani’s career.

The milestone comes despite the film receiving mixed responses after its release, with the box office showing that the response has not stopped audiences from turning up in significant numbers. The Paradise has recorded strong numbers across the Telugu states, North India and overseas, with the film continuing to maintain solid occupancy.

The third-day advance bookings is good enough with several areas looking good bookings. The current trend is encouraging for the movie to put up Rs.150 crore gross in the first weekend. While the reviews and social media reactions have been heavily negative, there is good amount of footfalls over the weekend.

Directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, The Paradise has now become his another Rs.100 crore grosser after Saripodha Sanivaaram and HIT 3. But we have to wait and see, how it will perform post weekend. Kayadu Lohar has played leading lady and Anirudh Ravichander composed music.
