Spyder Short Review

Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Spyder released today. How is the movie? Who the movie will please and whom it disappoints? What are the highlights and sidelights of the movie? Here is AR Murugadoss directed Spyder short review:

First of all, Spyder is not the right subject for star like Mahesh Babu. Then, makers spent massive budget unnecessarily for couple of episodes which appeared unrealistic. Rakul Preet Singh was restricted for just songs, wherein Mahesh Babu too didn’t get much to perform. SJ Suryah who played antagonist is one of the major assets.

Harris Jayraj composed songs were feeble, whereas Santosh Sivan’s cinematography work is top notch. Murugadoss botched to balance things. Overall, Spyder is a half-baked film. In commercial aspect, producers and buyers are expected to incur heavy losses.
