Ravi Teja UTV Movie: Some time back rumors riff across that UTV Motion Pictures and Ravi Teja would do a Telugu movie, a remake of Band Baja Barat. However UTV Motion Pictures has denied all such statements and said that these are entirely baseless. Media went gung ho about Ravi Teja remaking Bollywood movie Band Baja Barat in Telugu and UTV Motion Pictures would be producing the movie. Certain sections also went ahead and said that Trisha is being paired up with Ravi Teja in Band Baja Barath.

However, a top source from UTV brushed aside all these rumors saying that they have no plans of making any movie with Ravi Teja. So does this mean Ravi Teja Band Baja Barat Telugu remake has been shelved? Well, looks like since there was no development on this project as of now. On the flip side, Ravi Teja is busy wrapping up the shoot for Veera and has just returned from Mauritius after shooting a song with Taapsee. The unit would be leaving to Europe to complete the remaining two songs with Ravi Teja and Kajal Agarwal. Trisha is fresh fro Teen maar and has couple of Telugu movies on hand including a movie with Venkatesh.
