Ram Charan has resumed shooting for his upcoming rural sports drama, Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The actor recently shared a couple of pictures from the location on social media, featuring himself alongside the director. The production is currently in its final schedule, with principal photography expected to officially wrap up in six days.

In the shared selfies, Ram Charan is seen sporting a rugged look with a thick beard, long hair, and sunglasses, which heavily aligns with the rural aesthetic of the film. He is dressed in a casual striped shirt, while Buchi Babu Sana is seen standing and smiling in the background.

The film has been in active production for several months. Recently, the makers confirmed that Peddi will hit theaters in June 2026, a move intended to allow ample time for extensive post-production work. 

With the final shooting schedule nearing completion next week, the team will soon transition entirely into the editing and dubbing phases. The conclusion of this extensive shoot marks a major milestone for the project as it prepares for its theatrical release next year. Janhvi Kapoor is playing leading lady role in this Venkata Satish Kilaru production.
