Prospects were very much encouraging for Raju Gari Gadhi 2 before the movie hit the screens, since the movie starred mama Nagarjuna and akkineni bahu Samantha and it is remake of super hit Raju Gari Gadhi. However, the Ohmkar director film received mixed response after release. The movie that made a pre-release theatrical business of Rs 24 crores has collected a share of around Rs 19.2 crores.
