Parvati Melton Turns Down Big Offer

Actress Parvati Melton who scorched the screen with ‘Poovai Poovai’ item song in Super StarMahesh Babu’s ‘Dookudu’ has turned down several item song offers, says sources. The actress was said to have rejected an offer from a director who offered her 25 lakhs for an item song recently. Parvati Melton says that she has sizzled in ‘Poovai Poovai’ item song only for Mahesh Babu and not for any other reasons. Ironically, Parvati Melton was the first choice for the heroine’s role in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Khaleja’. As she failed to act in that movie due to other commitments she has agreed to shake a leg in ‘Dookudu’. The item song in ‘Dookudu’ brought her back to main stream cinema and currently she is busy with Balakrishna’s ‘Srimannarayana’ and Sairam Shankar’s ‘Yamaho Yama’ which are nearing completion.
