On this grand occasion, TeluguOne founder Ravi Shankar Kantamaneni announced the production of their second feature film.
Previously, the organization produced the highly acclaimed political satire, Rajadhani Files. Proving their ongoing commitment to spreading awareness about critical social issues, the makers announced that their second feature film will focus on the growing global environmental crisis. Esteemed multi-faceted writer, actor, director, and producer Janardhan Maharshi has joined hands with Ravi Shankar for this ambitious project, which will also mark Ravi Shankar's directorial debut.
Speaking at the event, Janardhan Maharshi shared, "It is not easy to describe the hard work, commitment, creative capabilities, and never-say-die attitude of Ravi Shankar. He has been growing, evolving, and ever-learning about the craft over the years. I met him a decade ago and was surprised by his sheer commitment to building a comprehensive platform for the Telugu people. As a creative person, I got to understand the depth of his thought process in our recent interactions. I initially came to pitch my own idea and ask him to produce it, but he shared his vision, which immediately clicked with me."
Elaborating on the concept, he added, "I found it fascinating to explore the idea of the five elements of nature reacting to the environmental crisis created by humans. It is a deeply moving story, and the screenplay will be incredibly engaging. In our discussions, I saw how excellently he communicates his ideas, both verbally and visually in scenes. So, I encouraged him to make his directorial debut, as he is the perfect choice to bring this vision to life on the big screen."
Ravi Shankar Kantamaneni expressed, "I am just a 26-year-old man running and learning with my TeluguOne family.
