Alias Rukmini, the second production venture from Nani's Unanimous Productions, was formally launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony. The film, which stars Nithiin in the lead, is already generating strong buzz after its intriguing announcement glimpse received an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences.
The launch event was attended by the film's cast and crew along with several industry personalities. Nani sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while Nithiin's father Sudhakar Reddy switched on the camera. Nani's father Ganta Rambabu and producer Venkat Boyanapally handed over the script to the team. COURT director Ram Jagadeesh and Hit filmmaker Sailesh Kolanu jointly directed the ceremonial first shot.
