Thalapathy Vijay is one of the biggest stars of Indian Cinema from Tamil language. He has decided to quit acting and concentrate completely on politics. His Thamizhaga Vettri Kazhagam, TVK, political party has been eyeing to make a big impact in 2026 TN Elections.

His son, Jason Sanjay, is debuting as a director with Sigma starring Sandeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah. The movie is being produced by Lyca Productions and 95% of the shooting has been completed. Unveiling the title, the team has showcased Sandeep's first look with him sitting on the pile of a treasure.

The makers did not mention Vijay's name in the press releases or anywhere in the promotional material. But it is well known that Jason Sanjay will have to address the fact that his father's fans would be looking to support him and even marketing team would want to milk it.

Lyca has stated that there would be some exciting cameos in the film. Will Jason ask his father to make a cameo or some sort of reference or mention in the film?
