Baahubali 2 Fails To Beat Simha Record

Off late, filmmakers are not much worried about how many days and in how many centers a film is running successfully. They only care about, how much revenues their film has brought to them. When few fan groups forced Rajamouli to run Baahubali: The Beginning in good number of theaters for 100 days, the director lashed out at them saying the film had already made profitable business and running it further would provide losses to distributors.

Coming to tha actual point, Baahubali 2 The Conclusion completed 50 days run recently. The Prabhas, Rana, Anushka and Tamanna starrer film achieved the feat in 182 direct centers. However, the blockbuster movie failed to beat a record of Nandamuri Balakrishna's Simha which had completed 50 days run in 189 direct centers. Rajamouli's other film Magadheera which starred Ram Charan and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles is in third place with 180 direct centers.
