Atlee Kumar is directing Allu Arjun in the sci-fi epic, Raaka. The movie is being produced on a scale that is never-seen-before in Indian Cinema, with an ambition to go global. The director's vision brought a huge guinness record to the film, as 37 actors performed on one motion capture stage at a time.

At the Baththa success event, the director who produced the film stated that he is interested in winning an Oscar for Indian Cinema and he will definitely achieve it. He said, "Raaka has all the potential to be an Oscar winning film. Baththa should also win it as it is a beautiful film. I have the dream and skills to fulfil it."

"Even though I hail from small Indian city, Madurai, people in Mumbai, who did not know me are recognising me after Jawan. Hollywood will also do the same. Already, the giants who worked with Spielberg, Michael Bay are mesmerised by Raaka imagination and visuals. Definitely, we will make Tamil Cinema proud," Atlee concluded.

Well, Allu Arjun stated that he had an ambition to win National Award that too for a performance in a commerical Telugu film. He got it with Pushpa 1 and now, he and his director seems to have circled Oscar. Sun Pictures is producing the film with Deepika Padukone confirmed as a leading lady.
