Why Gona 'Bunny' Reddy Sported Short Hair?

Stylish Star Allu Arjun is the critical and crucial player in the success of "Rudhramadevi" at box office. His stint as Gona Ganna Reddy has just blown minds of everyone. However, many people asked why a complex character of bandicoot is not sporting a long hair but a short hairdo.
Sharing his thoughts on “Rudhramadevi”, Bunny revealed the story behind his short hairs in this historic flick. He has grown long hairs and shot with it for couple of days, along with a black colour cloth wrapped around face. But that hairstyle and black cloth and long hair made him uncomfortable. For that reason he took Gunasekhar's permission to go with short and crumpled hair and without cloth on his face.
To balance this act, director added a scene in which government put tax on haircuts and to break the rule, Gona Ganna Reddy cuts the hairs. Gunasekhar spent nearly 20 Lakh for the reshoot of the scenes and he's happy with it. Anyway, that stint has paid off at box-office.
