On April 8, the film will be released in theatres. According to sources, even though Ghani is a clean entertainer, the Censor Board gave it a U/A rating due to its action scenes, as the plot is around boxing.

Ghani is written and directed by Kiran Korrapati and produced by Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby under the umbrellas of Renaissance Pictures and Allu Bobby Company. It is presented by Allu Aravind. S Thaman composed the music.
