Tollywood's newbie Asmita Sood is facing the 'rumors music' very quickly than she might have expected. She's just one movie old and Asmita is already on the firing line for being cosy with her co-star Varun Sandesh during the making of the comic caper 'Brahmi Gaadi Katha'. It was also rumored that Asmita was spotted getting 'intimate' with her maiden movie costar during Allu Arjun's 'bachelor party'.

However, Asmita, who shot to fame with the reality show 'Get Gorgeous on Channel V', rubbishes saying Varun Sandesh is only her friend and both of them share good professional rapport and rest is all false.  “Varun is just a good friend. I'm not having any affair with him”. Asmitha even responded to a question on Varun – Shraddha Das split saying 'I absolutely have no idea that Varun and Shraddha are seeing each other and I cannot hold accountability for something which I have no connection”. 

When asked about Varun Sandesh's drug controversy, Asmita was quick to defend the young hero saying that he's well educated and she don’t think he'll be involved in such activity. “Varun is a well educated guy and I only shared a professional relationship with him. So in the little time I got with him, I cant suspect him” said the model turned actress, who featured in 15 commercials before breaking it to the celluloid world.
