The film Beast, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and starring Thalapathy Vijay, will be released in theatres on April 13. The hostage thriller will be released in multiple languages across India. The trailer, which is now trending on YouTube, was released recently in ahead of the film's release.

Thalapathy Vijay and the Beast crew chose to do a TV interview instead of an audio launch. Vijay sat down for a television interview after a decade, which will air on Sun TV on April 10 at 9 p.m. Nelson Dilipkumar, the director of Beast, can be seen asking questions, and Vijay can be seen answering them.

Sun TV released a preview of the interview, in which Nelson is seen pulling Vijay's legs. Thalapathy Fans are eagerly awaiting the interview.

As the Vijay-starrer Beast prepares for its April 13 release, its makers have begun a full-fledged promotion strategy. Because the film is being produced by Sun Pictures, Vijay has taken a break from his self-imposed sabbatical to speak with Sun TV.

Pooja Hegde, Selvaraghavan, Shine Tom Chacko, Aparna Das, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley and Sathish also star in the film. Beast has music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.
