The Beast, starring Thalapathy Vijay, is set to be released on OTT within a month after its theatrical release. On the one hand, it has brought joy to the fans, while on the other, it has caused sadness.

Nelson directed Vijay's Beast, which was released on the eve of the Tamil New Year on April 13. Sun Pictures produced the Beast film, which was released in five languages worldwide as a Pan Indian picture. The music composed by Anirudh.

Even after its release, the film received mixed reviews. Several critics said that the Beast failed to live up to fans' expectations and that the Nelson screenplay had been messed with. However, the Beast has so far amassed around 250 crores globally.

The Beast film will be available for streaming 28 days after its theatrical release. It has been revealed that it will be available on the Sun Next and Netflix OTT platforms on May 11th.
