Most of the present day Telugu celebs like Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Lakshmi Manchu and many others have their brought up in Chennai city only. As their childhood city not got devastated by incessant rains, some of these celebs are teaming up to help the victims.

Today, Lakshmi Manchu tweeted: "Ten of your fav actors will be at Inorbit, manjeera & kukatpally Forum malls on Sun Dec 6 between 4-7pm to collect money for #Mana Madras Kosam". That's a good initiative coming up from Telugu celebs and we hope most Hyderabad citizens and film lovers will take part in this charity.

On the other hand, many are criticising that celebs could contribute in crores alone, but why do they need donations.
