The Tamil film 'Soorarai Pottru,' starring Suriya, has become a blockbuster on Amazon Prime. Sudha Kongara directed the film, which was based on the life of Air Deccan founder G.R.Gopinath. The film is being remade in Hindi now.

The lead actors are Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan. Sudha Kongara, a Tamil director, is directing the film. Vikram Malhotra's Abundantia Entertainment and 2D Entertainment are co-producing the remake. The shooting of this film has started with a pooja ceremony in Mumbai. Suriya was also papped with Akshay Kumar at a pooja event.

The Hindi version of Surya's blockbuster hit 'Soorarai Potru' has started shooting, although the title has yet to be decided. It appears that team is considering several titles.
